Mudder Wet Path

The Mudder Wet Path is an oddly named, pretty little trail through the woods from one end of Aquaforte to the other (South West River, technically, I think). Starting at a cul-de-sac at the end of Riverhead Road, the trail follows a cart path into the lush woods. The trail gains a little elevation and about half a kilometer in on the left you’ll find a side trail to my personal highlight for  this trail: a steep climb down to Little River and a beautiful falls at the end of a short side trail along the river.

The trail continues over top the river, a nice, wide path through woods and presenting beautiful views. The details are a little sketchy as I’m writing a year after the fact but I’ll hike it again and get a more detailed description!
